WebTrain's Webinar Event Day plan is perfect for people who need to host large meetings once in a while.  There are no setup costs, no ongoing costs, no monthly costs, just pay $200 and host as many meetings (of any size) anytime for a 24 hour period.

This plan includes all the features and services you need to organize and host the event.  You will be provided training and you can host as many event sessions as you like during the day, each with an unlimited number of participants.  Rest assured that with our Webinar Event Day plan the event will be highly organized and you will blow them away with your professional presentation.

As soon as you've purchased the plan, you can immediately use WebTrain to start organizing and promoting your webinar event.

Use our scheduling features to schedule the event, post a flattering picture or company logo, define your agenda, provide a biography and set enrollment options.  Your can force enrollment or not, your meeting can be public, enrollable, unlisted or private (password protected).  You can also set options which prevent participants from seeing each other enabling you to invite competitors to the same meeting.

When you schedule your meeting, you can set an optional marketing option so your event appears on Goggle, Yahoo, MSN Live, Teoma as well as being RSS syndicated on Feedburner.  This option exposes your event to tens of millions of people and enables them to find, browse and enroll in your event using their favorite search engine or RSS Feeder.  If you tried to do this yourself it would require a huge effort on your part.  With WebTrain, all you need to do is click a checkbox.

You can create a marketing contact group and import your marketing list.  And with just a few clicks, you can then blast invitations to 1000's of people, inviting them to join (or enroll) in your event.  If the event is enrollable, you will be notified each time someone enrolls in your meeting.  You can also manually add enrollees (or import a list of enrollees).

Before you host your event, you can practice your presentation with a co-worker, setup your microphone and test your webcam.  You can also record the session to review how to improve your presentation.  You may also want to create a custom evaluation form that will be presented to participants (requesting their feedback) when they exit your meeting.  Responses will be automatically e-mailed to you.

On the day of the event, you can start your meeting 1 hour early and blast out meeting commencement notices to all enrollees or invitees.  While waiting for participants to arrive, you can play background music to your audience and provide a welcoming message that is displayed when they join your meeting.

When you invite presenters to your meeting they will be issued a presenter bypass code which enables then to join your meeting without forcing them to enroll.  This is an important feature especially for fee based webinars.

When performing your presentation, you can use our VoIP to broadcast your voice to your audience, eliminating the need to pay for teleconferencing.  While performing a PowerPoint slide show, you can broadcast your webcam and use the markup tools and remote mouse pointer to engage the audience.  You can also screencast applications which will be broadcast to your audience, complete with real time mouse movements.  You can also push everyone to the group chat board for a question and answer period.  You can preview the questions and decide which questions to verbally answer.  You can also record the event for later evaluation or distribution.  And after the meeting ends, you can repeat the process if you are hosting more than one event during the day.
