Web Conferencing Preferred Setup


If you wish to utilize our crystal clear VoIP audio for audio broadcasting or private conversations, you will need speakers to listen, and a microphone if you wish to talk.  A headset is recommended for full-duplex VoiceChat, especially if multiple participants are assigned voice activated talk buttons.

All Webcams that use a Windows™ driver are supported, even VCR tapes and camcorders.  Webcam type hardware is optional.

Internet Explorer and Windows™ operating system service packs should be current; and since a software download is required, you must be allowed to install software on your PC.  If not, contact your IT department to assist you.

Website Design

This website has been designed for all modern browsers supporting cascading style sheets.  For joining or hosting meetings, 4 different browsers are supported:  Internet Explorer, Netscape with IE engine rendering, FireFox with IE Tab Add-On and Opera with Neptune Plug-in.

For website functions such as account management, meeting scheduling, invitations, usage reports, etc, any modern browser can be used.  However, please note that website testing has been limited to IE 5, 6 and 7, Netscape, Opera, Safari and Firefox.  Additionally, all web pages have been HTML markup and CSS validated using the W3C website and CSE Validator professional.
