Listed below are web conferencing software downloads for the English and French versions of the WebTrain Communicator™ client software.  Both installer packages are also available in .ZIP format.

Click on the preferred software download link below to begin the software installation.  Please note, you will need the appropriate rights to install our software on your Windows based PC.  Contact your IT department for assistance if you do not have software installation rights.

IMPORTANT: The instructions below are for installing English or French specific versions.  For the default English version, use our Meeting Preparation Wizard.

Web Conferencing Software Download Instructions:

  1. Click on the preferred MSI installer package (below).
  2. Select open or run (IE) when requested (Vista O/S - approve when prompted).  For other browsers, save the file to your desktop, then run the saved file.  Note the saved file may be deleted from the desktop after running.
  3. When the installer appears, click Next.
  4. Click Install (Vista O/S - approve when prompted).
  5. Click Finished.

That's all there is to it.  Just a few clicks and the software is installed and you are ready to host or join meetings from your home, office, hotel or anywhere Internet access is available.
