The recorder can be activated by anyone with host or co-host status.  This restriction ensures participants cannot use the technology we provide to make a recording of your meeting or presentations without your permission.

Recordings can be made from different viewing perspectives.  For example, you can create recordings from a participant's perspective or the presenter's perspective by performing the recording process on the appropriate PC.

Since the file adheres to the AVI format standards, audio or images or content can be edited using any 3rd party AVI editor.  When editing your meeting recording, you can change the timelines, add additional content such as titles or even paste in new audio or video content.  The uses for this feature are endless, as you now can distribute your edited meeting, in whole or in part, for various purposes from training to sales to fund-raising endeavors.
