WebTrain's College and University plan includes 2,500 participant hours at $1.00 per hour.

This plan includes all features and website services.

This plan can be used by the entire campus.  You can use this plan for broadcasting lectures, homework assistance, student association meetings, faculty meetings, distance education courses and classes, student counselling, private tutoring, campus technical support, board meetings, virtual labs and more.

All features including a university portal, attendance tracking, homework boards with attachments (with virus scanning) and an enrollment payment system are provided.  The meeting software can be branded with your institutions logo, an unlimited number of courses can be scheduled, each supporting their own enrollment system.  For feature details, please review our Distance Education and College and University solution pages.

This plan is perfect when you are beginning to provide distance education offerings.  Since usage volumes are unknown, you certainly do not want to commit to paying a high monthly fee based upon highest success possibilities.  WebTrain realizes your budget is tight and we know how challenging it can be to get your distance education offering approved.  That's why we have specifically offered a university plan than reduces financial risk while providing the best possible usage rates.

From a controller perspective, you can optionally budget time to different key department heads.  Each department head may then share their plan with their staff as required.  Since WebTrain provides usage reports which account for every minute of usage per participant per meeting, your will find this plan to be flexible, cost effective and controllable.

This plan provides unlimited simultaneous meetings of any size.  Your institution can host as many meetings as you want, anytime, with as few or as many people as desired.  This plans also includes wide area network deployment assistance, department head training customized to your requirements and 24x7 support.  This plan is incapable of generating additional charges; quite simply, your only cost is participant usage.  No contract is required, 2500 hours are offered at our best rate of $1.00 per participant hour.  When your remaining balance is less than 250 hours, you will be e-mailed a low time balance notice, the e-mail will contain a link to perform another purchase.
