Small Business Plan - $495 per month

WebTrain provides a cost effective small business plan.  This plan provides unlimited simultaneous meetings of any size.  Your organization can host as many meetings as you want, anytime, with as few or as many people as desired.

All features including an integrated customizable meeting center portal, full duplex VoIP audio, teleconferencing integration, secure SSL meetings, meeting scheduling, invitation management and much much more is included.  And note that the meeting software can be branded with your company logo.

This plans also includes 24x7 support.

This plan provides unlimited simultaneous meetings of any size.  Your organization can host as many meetings as you want, anytime, with as few or as many people as desired.  There are no hosting limits, you can share your company account with as many people as desired enabling them to use your shared company account to host and schedule meetings.  All usage is logged, reports are provided that detail each and every participant in each and every meeting.  WebTrain's usage reports also provide direct export to EXCEL.

This plan includes 250 hours of monthly participant time at $2 per hour (better than our best pay-as-you-go rate).  The cost of this plan is $2.00 per hour if you use 250 or more hours of services per month.  If you anticipate your average volume will be less than 250 hours per month, it may be more cost effective to consider our pay-as-you-go or seat plans.

The Small Business Plan term is 12 months.  Payment terms are prepaid monthly using your business or personal credit card.  A last month deposit is required when you purchase this plan.  Prior to the last month, you will be given the option continue the plan.  If you continue the plan, the business cycle continues.  If not, the last month deposit will be applied as a payment for the last month.  If you choose to cancel early, the last month deposit is not refunded.

At the end of each month, you will be e-mailed an electronic invoice for the next month plus additional hours used (if any at $2 per hour) of the previous month.  The e-mail will contain a link to remit payment.  Payment terms are net 15.

In summary, we know our small business plan rate of $2 per hour is far less than what other vendors charge.  Yet our plan includes all features, including SSL meetings.  We are a privately funded corporation that has been providing an enterprise class, secure and dependable service for 7 years.  We have an excellent product and great prices.
