WebTrain's Pay-As-You-Go plan provides excellent value and versatility.  It is ideal for clients that require a web conferencing service where usage levels fluctuate and meetings sizes vary from small to large.  With a WebTrain Pay-As-You-Go plan you always get 60 minutes of value for each hour purchased.

With the WebTrain Pay-As-You-Go plan you can purchase as little as 10 hours to get started.

Here's how the Pay-As-You-Go Plan works:

When you purchase time, your account is credited with the amount of hours purchased.

When you host a meeting, your meeting time is free, you can host a meeting all day and not even a second of your time is used.  However, when other people join your meeting, each participant's duration consumes your time.  For example, if a person joins your meeting for 25 minutes, then 25 minutes of your time is used.  If 5 people join your meeting for 11 minutes, then 55 minutes of time is used.

Participant join durations of less than 60 seconds are excluded and usage rounding calculations are to the closest minute.  If you run out of time while hosting a meeting it will not be interrupted.  However, if you run out of time, prior to hosting your next meeting, you will need to purchase more hours.

You may share your account with as many people as you like.  This enables other people to host meetings using your prepaid time balance.

Prepaid time is transferrable, you can transfer time to department heads, enabling them to share their time with others.  This is an excellent budgeting feature which ensures cost control while reducing the workload of managing accounts.  WebTrain also provides reports accounting for each and every minute of time used.

Pay-As-You-Go Host time is free.  If you host a meeting for 8 hours by yourself, no time is used, your meeting duration NEVER affects your balance.  Time is used only by meeting participants if they join your meeting for more than 1 minute.

Prepaid hours never expire, you are not forced to use them within a certain time period.  This enables your organization to purchase at bulk rates to receive the best rate.  We have been providing this benefit to our clients for more than 7 years.
