Association of BC Forest Professionals

The Association of BC Forest Professionals is responsible for registering and regulating British Columbia's professional foresters and forest technologists.  Today, the Association of B.C. Forestry Professionals is the largest professional forestry association in Canada and the first to include forest technologists.

With so many members in every corner of British Columbia, they needed a web conferencing solution to unite their members.  Following a comprehensive review of today's collaboration solutions, the Association decided to implement the Communicator™ collaboration suite of solutions.  Dwight Yochim, RPF, the association's manager of professional development commented "We had close to 70 people on the Webinar.  We were nervous for obvious reasons, the first being that this was the first time we had done this ourselves.  We found the software very easy to learn.  We found the set up very easy to do.  This was a full seven hours of transmission.  The session went extremely well from our perspective.
