Tip of the Day

Hosts can view speed feedback at the very top of the participant grid.  Feedback speed is presented as a number with a color-coded background.  If the background is green and the number is close to 0 the speed is about right.  If the number gets higher than ten you need to speed up.  If the number gets to be negative and the background color changes to yellow or red you are going too fast and need to slow down.
