WebTrain's free seat plan is available to all members.  For members who have purchased other plans, anytime you need to host a meeting with one other participant, you may use this plan instead.  For example, if you have purchased Pay-As-You-Go time, if you select this plan when you host your meeting, your prepaid time will not be used.  For corporate or university plans, if you select this plan when you host your meeting, no usage is incurred.
