Corporate Plan - $995 per month

WebTrain's Corporate plan includes 500 monthly participant hours for $995 per month.

This plan includes all features and website services.

This plan can be used by the entire company.  You can use this plan for internal meetings, sales presentations, webinar marketing, customer support, employee training, board meetings and more.

All features including a corporate conferencing portal, VoIP, teleconferencing integration, SSL secure meetings, meeting scheduling, an invitation system and more are provided.  Please note that the meeting software can be branded with your corporate logo.

This plan also includes wide area network deployment assistance, a corporate training program customized to your requirements and 24x7 support.

This plan provides unlimited simultaneous meetings of any size.  Your organization can host as many meetings as you want, anytime, with as few or as many people as desired.

The cost of this plan is $2.00 per hour (better than our best pay-as-you-go rate) if you use 500 or more hours of services per month.  If you anticipate your average volume will be less than 500 hours per month, you should consider looking at our pay-as-you-go or small business plan (also $2 per hour).

WebTrain has expensive corporate experience deploying our product to our corporate clients.  We have experience with F1000, F100 and F10 companies.  We have the experience you demand to provide professional group training programs as well as roll out the product to 100,000+ desktops.  One of our clients (fortune 10) has used WebTrain to host over 500,000 internal meetings.  In doing so, they saved over $2.5 million dollars per year when they switched from WebEx to us.  And the person who discovered us and led the charge (a difficult process in a F10 company) was formally recognized with an ceremonial award in the presence of the corporate executives.

From a controller perspective, WebTrain provides usage reports which account for every minute of usage per participant per meeting.  Your financial department will find this plan to be flexible, cost effective and cost controllable.

The Corporate Business Plan term is 12 months.  Payment terms are prepaid monthly using your corporate credit card.  A last month deposit is required when you purchase this plan.  Prior to the last month, you will be given the option continue the plan.  If you continue the plan, the business cycle continues.  If not, the last month deposit will be applied as a payment to the last month.  If you choose to cancel early, the last month deposit is not refunded.

At the end of each month, you will be e-mailed an electronic invoice for the next month plus additional hours used (if any at $2 per hour) of the previous month.  The e-mail will contain a link to remit payment.  Payment terms are net 15.  Please note if your monthly volume is more than 2000 hours, WebTrain may extend terms of net 30 enabling your organization to remit payment by cheque.
