Event Enrollment

In order to fully understand the Scheduling a New Future Event function, here is a look at how people will enroll in your event. First of all, they will need to click on the Browse Future Events button on the WebTrain home page. A similar button on integrated web-sites allows people to enroll from other sites. (See Web-site Integration further on in this tutorial.)

By clicking on one of the events listed, more information about the event is displayed, as shown in the example below.

By clicking on Visa/MC Accepted, a payment screen will appear. If checks are accepted, this option will also appear with instructions as to whom to make the check payable, as well as where to send it.

You can also click on the host’s name to send them an e-mail, or request a reminder about the event, or e-mail a friend the information shown.
