Ten Seats for $69 per Month

WebTrain's 10 Seat Plan allows you to host as many meetings as you like for a flat rate of $69 per month.  That's only $2.30 per day.  Seat plans provide excellent value, they are perfect for organizations that need to host average size meetings on a regular basis.  There are no setup fees, no contract is required, all features and web services are included and 24x7 support is provided.

The 10 seat plan limits the meeting size to 10 people (9 participants and the host).  When 9 people have joined your meeting, the meeting becomes full preventing other people from joining.

If you need to host larger meetings, when hosting a meeting, you can change the meeting size limit to a larger value.  This enables more people to join your meeting.  If more than 9 participants join your meeting, you will be charged for additional participants at our best Pay-As-You-Go rate of $3 per participant hour.  At the end of the month, if participant overages occurred, you will be e-mailed a report detailing each overage.  The e-mail will contain a link to remit payment.  This is an optional feature that is available if and when you need to host larger meetings.

Seat plans are normally restricted to hosting one meeting at a time.  You could not expect WebTrain to offer a 10 seat plan for a flat rate of $69 per month if meetings could be hosted simultaniously by hundreds of different people.

With WebTrain, you can share your account with as many people as you like.  This enables them to host meetings using your 10 seat plan.  If you share your plan and if your plan is used to host meetings simultaniously, a $20 instance overage charge occurs.  Note the charge ONLY occurs if meetings are hosted simultaniously.  This is a fair method that is far less costly than purchasing another monthly seat plan and far more reasonable than being forced to prepay for additional named hosts.  At the end of the month, if simultanious instances occurred, you will be e-mailed a report detailing each overage.  The e-mail will contain a link to remit payment.  This is an optional feature that is always available if and when you need to host simultanious meetings.

Our 10 seat plan may be purchased for a 6 or 12 month term.  If you require a plan for a shorter duration, it may be more cost effective to use our Pay-As-You-Go plan.
